Job Overview

Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery is hiring an experienced Visual Merchandising Interior Design Manager to lead the visual merchandising strategy across its luxury retail network in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in retail interior design, luxury visual merchandising, brand presentation, and customer experience.

The successful candidate will develop premium in-store environments, execute seasonal visual merchandising campaigns, collaborate with global brand partners, and ensure consistent visual standards across retail stores. This position plays a key role in enhancing customer engagement, strengthening brand identity, and supporting commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Strategy

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the luxury retail shopping experience.
• Maintain consistent visual standards across all retail stores.
• Execute seasonal campaigns and product launches in line with brand guidelines.
• Identify new retail design trends and introduce innovative visual concepts.
• Plan monthly floor layouts and merchandising displays to support business objectives.

Store Design & Visual Execution

• Manage in-store visual displays for new collections, promotions, and brand activations.
• Support the launch of new retail locations and wholesale partner stores.
• Ensure high-quality presentation of merchandise across multiple locations.
• Conduct regular visual merchandising audits and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate display installations and ensure brand consistency.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, E-commerce, Brand Managers, and Store Managers.
• Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source display materials, props, and fixtures.
• Support omnichannel campaigns by aligning retail and digital visual experiences.

Asset & Budget Management

• Maintain and organize visual merchandising assets and POS materials.
• Monitor project budgets and control merchandising expenses.
• Prepare floor plans, visual concepts, and display layouts using design software.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all retail stores.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of luxury retail visual merchandising.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar visual planning software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer shopping behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple retail projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within luxury retail, watches, jewellery, or fashion brands.
• Experience managing multi-store visual merchandising projects and retail activations.
• Knowledge of luxury brand standards and customer experience principles.
