You will be responsible for ensuring that the store’s visual presentation aligns with IKEA’s global standards and brand identity. Your primary focus is to bring the IKEA Concept to life by delivering inspiring and functional home furnishing solutions that engage customers and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute visual merchandising projects across key areas of the store, including accessory shops, shop windows, activity podiums, perimeter breaks, the self-serve area, the Swedish Food Market, and the Exit Café.

Ensure that all visual displays adhere to IKEA manuals and concept guidelines, maintaining consistency and brand integrity.

Collaborate with the Interior Design team to deliver functional and inspirational display solutions that support ongoing commercial activities and seasonal campaigns.

Work closely with Sales and In-Store Logistics teams to efficiently implement visual merchandising plans and sales-driving activities using IKEA’s communication and display tools.

Contribute to the commercial calendar, supporting the planning and implementation of key promotional periods and events.

Guarantee that all visual merchandising installations are cost-effective, safe, and environmentally responsible, in compliance with local regulations.

Stay updated on local market trends and consumer behaviour to ensure relevant and inspiring home furnishing solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or interior design within a retail setting.

A strong understanding of home furnishing trends, customer behaviour, and the retail landscape.
