Position Summary:
The incumbent is accountable for ensuring that the store’s visual presentation adheres to IKEA manuals, ensuring full implementation of the IKEA Concept. This role involves meeting project timelines and budgets established by the Communication and Interior Design Manager.

Responsibilities:
Commercial Focus:
Enhance the Market hall areas and promote the sales of Market hall range in the Showroom through effective visual merchandising techniques to boost commercial performance.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and Logistics Manager in leading the work brief process.
Supervise daily and weekly tasks performed by specialist co-workers in the Communication & Interior Design (Com&In) department, ensuring continuous skill development.
Provide expert advice to shopkeepers regarding optimal range presentation and achieving sales targets during range changes, sales fluctuations, or out-of-stock situations.

Operational Support:
Participate in various projects related to store activities, such as business area rebuilding based on feedback or performance issues.
Assist Visual Merchandisers in planned store projects or activities as needed.
People Management & Development:

Ensure all visual merchandisers are adequately trained in safety and security protocols related to equipment usage to prevent accidents.
Facilitate training and development programs for visual merchandisers to enhance store performance and meet succession needs.
Participate in the recruitment process for Visual Merchandisers, ensuring timely filling of vacancies with suitable candidates.
Take proactive measures to address areas of low employee satisfaction identified in employee surveys.

Essential Skills for Success:

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Communication & Interior Design department within one or more IKEA stores.
