The position works closely with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Branch teams, and government entities to ensure vehicles are processed accurately and delivered to customers within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Registration & Government Services

• Process vehicle registrations, renewals, ownership transfers, plate issuance, and de-registration.
• Manage transactions through relevant Saudi government platforms and e-services.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, insurance, customs, and clearance documentation when required.
• Ensure registration activities are completed within agreed service timelines.

Government & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with Traffic Department, government authorities, insurance providers, inspection centres, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a key contact between dealership teams and government entities.
• Follow up on approvals, pending transactions, and registration-related issues.
• Represent the company professionally during government interactions.

Documentation & Compliance

• Verify vehicle registration documents, invoices, insurance certificates, ownership documents, and related paperwork.
• Ensure all transactions comply with applicable Saudi regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and traceable records for audits and internal reviews.
• Safeguard original documents, registration cards, and vehicle plates according to company procedures.

Operational Performance

• Monitor registration cases and ensure timely completion.
• Track pending applications and identify processing delays.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and platform-related issues.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce turnaround time and rework.

Reporting & Systems

• Record registration transactions accurately in SAP or relevant dealer management systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering registration volumes, pending cases, processing times, and exceptions.
• Support management with regulatory updates, data analysis, and operational reports.

Process Improvement

• Support the development and improvement of standard operating procedures for vehicle registration.
• Stay updated on changes to Saudi vehicle registration and government service requirements.
• Communicate relevant regulatory updates to internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• High school certificate as a minimum; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in vehicle registration, government relations, administration, automotive, leasing, or rental operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Practical knowledge of Saudi vehicle registration procedures and traffic regulations.
• Experience using relevant Saudi government e-services is preferred.
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership or branch environment is an advantage.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP/Dealer Management System.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
