Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers and guests in a friendly welcoming manner and keep a positive attitude
• Present menus to customers and provide information about the meals as well as recommend menu items based on customer desires
• Take orders from dine-in and honking customers, and direct walk-in to cashier
• Assist honking customers in parking their vehicles and organize traffic in front of the shop
• Register customer orders on the POS system and collect method of payment desired by the customer then give receipt
• Serve food and drinks to customers in dining area orders for honking customers
• Clear tables when customers complete their meal and prepares tables for next customers
• Assist in transporting stocks and supplies and storing items
• Apply positive and friendly upselling skills
• Follow cash handling policies
• Other Duties as assigned by management
