- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Continuously seek to improve project management processes and procedures
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and documents
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and objectives
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Candidate Profile
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in project management in the same or related industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, additional language proficiency is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and situations
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field - Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project and Excel
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
