As an Accounting and HR Administrator you will be expected to support responsibilities related to both accounting and human resources in the company.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as knowledge of human resources policies and procedures. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are also important.

Duties and responsibilities

As an Accounting and HR Administrator, your main duties may include:

Accounting Tasks

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.
Data entry (e.g. inputting bills into the system)
Petty cash management
Human Resources Tasks:

Assisting with recruitment – Scheduling interviews
Maintaining employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
Assisting with preparing and sending out pay-slips
Managing employee time and attendance systems.
General Administrative Tasks:

Managing office supplies and equipment.
Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
Handling correspondence and maintaining proper documentation.
Assisting with general office procedures and policies.
Work Experience and Educational Qualification

At least 2+ years of experience working in a similar Administrative HR and Accounts role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

Strong organizational skills and administration skills
Good verbal and written communication abilities
Has the ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
Flexibility and willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and solid entry data skills.
