Craft Interactive Technology LLC is seeking a versatile and skilled professional to join our team as an Accountant and HR Specialist. This role combines the responsibilities of managing financial operations and human resources functions within our organization.

Accountant Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Preparing and analyzing journal entries, conducting monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining general ledger reconciliations.
Possessing extensive knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
Utilizing advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables.
Paying close attention to detail and exhibiting excellent analytical skills.
Administering the Accounting Module for various clients using ERP Next.
Identifying and resolving client account issues and requests.
Analyzing and updating client financial statements, invoices, and inventory levels for transfer to the ERP.
Performing opening and closing entries, managing accounts receivable and payable, and reconciling stock for clients.

Admin Responsibilities

Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Managing employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintaining employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
Supporting payroll processing and benefits administration.
Facilitating employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
Ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preference: Dependent visa holders

Location – Business Bay – Dubai

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00
