Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, including usability testing, to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze user feedback and usage data to optimize and enhance the user experience.
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to maintain visual consistency and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring consistency across platforms and devices.
Candidate Profile:
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and explain design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
At least 6 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills.
