Job Overview

Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for a detail-oriented Service Contract Executive to join the BYD Aftersales and Electric Mobility team in Dubai. The role is responsible for creating, maintaining, pricing, and administering automotive service contracts while ensuring accurate data management, financial control, and efficient contract operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with Aftersales, Finance, Fleet, Pricing, and Branch Operations teams to manage service contract information, support pricing activities, assist branches with contract-related requirements, and help improve customer retention and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Service Contract Administration

Create and maintain service contracts for new vehicle models and update existing agreements when required.
Administer service contracts in accordance with established business processes and pricing guidelines.
Manage service contracts for fleet customers and ensure all contract information is accurately recorded.
Process contract amendments, transfers, terminations, reinstatements, and applicable refund requests.
Ensure contract records remain complete, accurate, and up to date.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve contract-related issues promptly.

SAP and Contract Data Management

Maintain service contract information in SAP IS-AUTO.
Ensure contract data, pricing information, vehicle details, and related records are entered accurately.
Review data for inconsistencies and take corrective action where required.
Support improvements in contract-data quality and system processes.
Use SAP information to prepare reports and support business decisions.

Service Contract Pricing

Maintain and update service contract parts pricing and associated cost structures.
Support service contract pricing for new vehicle models and business programs.
Assist with corporate pricing requests and customer-specific contract requirements.
Review pricing information to support appropriate gross-margin outcomes.
Apply knowledge of RSP, NSP, cost structures, and margin calculations when managing contract pricing.
Coordinate with Pricing and Finance teams to validate pricing and financial information.

Branch and Customer Support

Provide timely assistance and guidance to branches regarding service contracts and related processes.
Respond to contract-related queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
Support fleet customers with contract administration requirements.
Ensure contract requests are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Help maintain a consistent service-contract experience across branches and customer channels.

Reporting and Business Analysis

Prepare ad-hoc reports and analytical information to support management decision-making.
Generate service contract reports covering pricing, volumes, financial information, and operational performance.
Analyze contract data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential improvement opportunities.
Support business intelligence and reporting activities using relevant tools and systems.
Provide accurate information to stakeholders for pricing, planning, and business-development initiatives.

Revenue and Process Management

Collaborate with Finance, Aftersales, Pricing, Fleet, and Branch Operations teams to maintain accurate contract information.
Review contract transactions to help identify and prevent potential revenue leakage.
Support process improvements that enhance contract accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
Ensure service-contract activities follow approved procedures, pricing policies, and business controls.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Advanced knowledge of SAP IS-AUTO is mandatory.
Experience working with automotive service contracts and pricing models.
Understanding of RSP/NSP pricing and gross-margin calculations.
Good knowledge of accounting, finance, and data-processing principles.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent reporting and data-analysis capabilities.
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective stakeholder-management and coordination abilities.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
Automotive qualification or relevant automotive industry experience is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced SAP IS-AUTO knowledge is required.
Working knowledge of BI reporting tools and business systems.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Previous experience managing automotive service contracts is mandatory.
Experience in service contract pricing or pricing analysis is mandatory.
Previous automotive aftersales experience is mandatory.
Experience with SAP IS-AUTO, pricing models, financial data, and reporting is highly relevant.

About the Team

You will join the BYD Aftersales Team within Al-Futtaim Automotive’s electric mobility business in Dubai. The team supports aftersales operations and customer ownership experiences through service programs, contract solutions, pricing activities, and operational processes.

This role involves regular coordination with Aftersales, Finance, Fleet, Pricing, and Branch Operations teams to ensure accurate service-contract administration and efficient support across the business.
