- Coordinate daily transportation activities based on operational schedules.
- Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely pickup, loading, and delivery.
- Generate daily operational reports and maintain accurate transportation records.
- Communicate with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely shipment updates.
- Track deliveries and ensure proof of delivery (POD) documents are received on time.
- Prepare inbound and outbound shipment reports and support billing activities.
- Maintain accurate transportation documentation and operational records.
- Ensure service standards and delivery timelines are consistently achieved.
- Perform additional transportation and logistics duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain coordination is preferred.
- Good knowledge of transportation processes and shipment coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software is an advantage.
