As a Transformation Manager at Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will play a key role in driving the organization’s evolution from good to great. You will lead high-impact transformation initiatives across the Automotive business, shaping strategy, ensuring execution excellence, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and innovation aligned with long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of Automotive strategy and transformation initiatives aligned with the 3-year strategic roadmap.

Identify enterprise-wide transformation opportunities, assessing gaps, risks, and value creation potential.

Develop and support robust business cases through data analysis, hypothesis testing, and clear, actionable recommendations.

Provide leadership and guidance throughout the business case development and approval process.

Ensure all initiatives are fully aligned with Automotive strategic pillars, priorities, and performance objectives.

Deliver projects within agreed time, cost, scope, and quality parameters.

Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation and escalation plans.

Engage senior stakeholders, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment, transparency, and momentum.

Build strong relationships with Automotive Executive Board members and other critical stakeholders.

Ensure effective project and portfolio reporting, governance compliance, and decision-making discipline.
Skills & Experience Required
-
3+ years of consulting experience, preferably in management consulting or financial advisory roles.

Strong expertise in transformation and initiative management within complex organisations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and perform detailed Excel analysis.

Hands-on experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and governance frameworks.
About the Team
You will join the Strategy & Transformation function, working closely with core business units, centres of excellence, and enabling functions. The team focuses on delivering transformation programs that meet time, budget, and quality expectations while supporting scrum masters, project managers, and product owners in adopting effective and scalable project delivery practices.
