Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design phase of strategic transformation projects aligned with our 3-year Automotive strategy

• Identify and assess transformation opportunities across the organization

• Develop robust business cases through analysis, hypothesis testing, and solution recommendations

• Guide teams in shaping and validating transformation initiatives

• Ensure all projects align with Automotive’s strategic pillars and deliver measurable business outcomes

• Manage projects to meet scope, time, cost, and quality expectations

• Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution

• Engage with key stakeholders and maintain strong momentum across workstreams

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Executive Board members and other senior stakeholders

• Oversee project and portfolio reporting, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, transformation, or financial advisory

• Strong understanding of transformation management and organizational change

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) for effective presentation and analysis

• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) and governance best practices

You will join the Strategy & Transformation team, a collaborative unit that partners with business leaders, Center of Excellence, and enabling functions. Our mission is to deliver key transformation initiatives with excellence—on time, within budget, and at high quality. You’ll also provide support and coaching to project managers, scrum masters, and product owners, enhancing organizational capability in transformation delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree required (postgraduate degree preferred)
