Job Details:

The Temp HR Generalist Role will be supporting the Comp & Ben team role in ensuring the seamless functioning of HR processes and procedures within our organization. This multifaceted position is dedicated to optimizing efficiency, maintaining compliance, and delivering a positive employee experience. With a focus on operational excellence, the HR Generalist Queries related to basic HR policies & system support in daily tasks linked to Letters, Insurance, bank Verification & System Queries

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Handling queries for Ramco Entries
Managing General queries linked to policy and leave especially emergency or exceptional cases
Access Review + Access changes
OT Accruals submission
Social Security ( Co-ordination for Invoices, Co-ordination with PRO for adding them to the system; Memo to employee & processing of payment memo to finance)
Support in reconciliation of FTE reports
Manage all letters Requests from the Business
Issuing Memo’s for employee changes linked to Transfers, Reporting Line Changes, Airport Destination, Fuel Card, (Other than those managed by recruitment)
Review entitlements and cross check data if Employee Salary History is aligned with policies. (Reviewing Employee Entitlements – CTC, BYOD, Mobile Entitlements list and Fixed package)
Support annual Merit and Bonus process along with any structural alignments in terms of updating systems and validation of records or issuing letters.
Employee Records & Filing system are up to date.
Review the Data Quality every month on e-HR
Respond to queries related to Crest reports ( HC, FTE, LTI, Sickness days, OT, etc)
Support in all Internal & External audits
Hub Audits – Submission of data as per their requirements ( requests comes from BH finance)
Support with overall process along with the team
Cover for Annual Leave/Sick/Emergency Leave for Payroll and other HR activities
Support in managing Final settlements ( Calculation & letters issued) for all leavers
Support in managing the process related to Abscondments & Employees resigned outside country ( email to employee, follow up with PRO etc)
Support in the Exit process ( i.e. follow up for signed copy, Visa cancellation process, Exit checklist, notification to bank & Finance

YOUR SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Derive solutions with very limited guidelines through decision making based on theoretical/practical experience
Works independently with limited supervision
Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex
2-3 years UAE experience in managing similar role.
Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
