Job Role:
As a Technician in our team, your role is pivotal to maintaining and servicing Heavy Commercial Trucks. You will be responsible for conducting both mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and precise diagnostics. Our primary focus is to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that every repair is done right the first time. Whether you’re working in our workshop or in the field, you’ll proactively identify potential problem causes and apply best practices from service manuals to enhance productivity and efficiency. Your ability to read and implement instructions from workshop manuals and use service checklists will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our operations.

Job Responsibility:
Utilize tools and adopt best practices as mentioned in service manuals to improve productivity and efficiency.
Read, comprehend, and implement instructions from workshop manuals and use service checklists where applicable.
Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on Heavy Commercial Trucks.
Diagnose faults and recommend effective solutions, emphasizing a “get it right the first time” approach.
Proactively identify potential causes of problems during tasks in both the workshop and the field.

Required skills:
Substantial experience in working with Heavy Commercial Trucks.
Proven technical expertise in independently servicing, repairing, and overhauling components.
Proficiency in English communication; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

About the team:
You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the Foreman.

What equips you for the Role:
Basic or technical education and/or completion of an apprenticeship program.
Trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Heavy Commercial Trucks.
Possession of a UAE driving license is an advantage.
