We are hiring an experienced Technical Sales Engineer – Passive Fire Protection Systems in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in fire stopping systems, fireproofing solutions, fire-rated sealants, fire protection boards, coatings, and passive fire safety products. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and support major construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE and GCC region.

- Promote and sell Passive Fire Protection Systems including fire stopping, fireproofing, fire-rated sealants, fire-resistant boards, coatings, wraps, and related fire safety solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities within commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, project managers, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, site inspections, and specification support activities.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, tender documents, and project submissions.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance on product selection, installation methods, and compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotations, and customer interactions through CRM and ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of UAE or GCC experience in Passive Fire Protection, Fire Stopping Systems, Fireproofing Products, or Construction Materials Sales.
- Strong understanding of international fire safety standards including UL, ASTM, BS, EN, and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, developers, and large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ERP systems.
