Job Role:
Lead the development and execution of talent management strategies, focusing on Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Data Analysis.
Implement engagement and performance management processes at the divisional level, covering all aspects from design to delivery.
Provide expertise and support in employee engagement and well-being initiatives, including communication, change management, training, and reporting.
Collaborate with Group Talent COEs, Divisional Business Operations, Heads, and HRBPs to ensure alignment and effectiveness of talent management processes.
Assist in broader Talent Centre projects and initiatives as the Talent Management and Leadership Team requires.
This role entails overseeing the design, implementation, and analysis of talent management processes, particularly emphasizing employee engagement and performance management within divisions. Close collaboration with various stakeholders and support for broader talent management initiatives are critical aspects of this position.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Group COEs, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to drive cultural and employee engagement surveys and develop action plans for implementation across countries and functions.
Led end-to-end activities for the annual Engagement program within the division, overseeing the annual and periodic pulse surveys.
Conduct annual and periodic analyses of engagement scores, activities, and impact planning updates, providing reports to relevant stakeholders.
Support and train stakeholders, including HRBPs and Business Leaders, on engagement processes and related inquiries.
Designed and delivered engagement-related presentations and workshops for stakeholders, such as business heads and HRBPs.
Coordinate and oversee divisional performance management cycle activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration.
Identify opportunities for process efficiencies within the performance management cycle.
Prepare and communicate performance management dashboards, presentations, progress tracking reports, and analysis at the divisional level.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Performance Management system, offering support to relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance and engagement activities, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
Maintain updated records and data on employee performance and engagement activities across the division.
Support reporting and analysis requirements for the Talent Management and Leadership team.
This role involves spearheading engagement initiatives, managing performance management processes, and providing analytical support to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Your Preparedness for the Position:
Possession of a minimum of 5 years experience in Talent Management and HR Generalist roles, with a focus on Employee Engagement and Performance Management, ideally incorporating data analysis and reporting proficiency.
Familiarity with HR and Talent Management systems.
Track record of thriving in a matrix organization environment.
