Our Junior Sushi Chefs are passionate, ambitious, hardworking and team oriented, who strive to deliver a superior level of quality to each one of our guests. Job Requirement:

Ability to work under pressure
Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sushi Commis
Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail
High level of experience working in busy sushi sections
Easily able to switch between work on maki/sushi/sashimi/nigiri sections
Eye for detail and ability to create premium sushi platters
Ability to multi-task, is flexible and agile
Consistently performs at ones best
