Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Store Support
- Provide professional and helpful customer service to shoppers and colleagues.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about product features, uses, and benefits.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented retail areas.
- Ensure shelves and customer-facing areas remain stocked and ready for shopping.
- Support colleagues in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

Sales and POS Operations

Product Knowledge and Merchandising
- Develop strong knowledge of ACE Hardware products, categories, features, and applications.
- Learn product information to provide accurate assistance and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Follow approved merchandising guidelines and store presentation standards.
- Ensure products are correctly displayed and available for customers.
- Support the receiving and display of incoming merchandise according to established procedures.
Stock, Pricing and Inventory
- Assist with receiving and handling store deliveries.
- Ensure products are placed in their designated locations correctly.
- Follow store procedures for pricing, ticketing, and product labeling.
- Help maintain accurate product pricing and reduce errors related to incorrect tickets or labels.
- Participate in stock counts and inventory activities.
- Support new store openings, seasonal promotions, product launches, and other retail activities when required.
