Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize workforce schedules to ensure operational requirements are met efficiently.
- Coordinate annual leave plans and manage staffing availability to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Assist the operations team with manpower planning, shift scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor daily business activities to ensure compliance with company procedures and standard operating practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, customer concerns, and deployment-related matters.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to arrange site access, passes, and other operational requirements.
- Collect, verify, and submit employee timesheets accurately and on time.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management and clients.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Support project planning by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving operational challenges.
- Prepare attendance records, staffing reports, and contract performance reviews.
- Ensure all operational documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, staffing, or workforce management is preferred.

- Strong understanding of operational processes and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
