- Develop and implement strategies to achieve store sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, and support employees to enhance their performance and career development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising teams for seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives.
