We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a retail store in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through product promotions, upselling, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze customer buying trends and market conditions to support business growth.
- Ensure inventory levels are effectively managed to maintain product availability while reducing excess stock.
- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to business planning activities.
Team Leadership & Employee Development
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team to achieve individual and store performance goals.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new employees while supporting their professional development.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations to improve employee productivity.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning for future leadership opportunities.
Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by maintaining high customer service standards.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and personalized service.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Encourage customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Promote a customer-first culture throughout the store.
Store Operations
- Manage daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock replenishment, and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements where required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth store operations.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure merchandise displays are attractive, organized, and consistent with brand standards.
- Monitor store presentation to create an engaging shopping environment.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising activities.
- Work closely with visual merchandising teams to optimize product placement and improve customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience in retail store management or a similar leadership position.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving store profitability.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems is an advantage.
