As a Specialist ENT Surgeon, you will provide high-quality diagnosis, treatment, and management of ear, nose, and throat disorders while delivering exceptional patient care across multiple HealthHub Clinic locations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT consultations and specialist medical care in accordance with DHA regulations and evidence-based clinical standards.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including both acute and chronic disorders.
• Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic investigations.
• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatment options based on clinical findings.
• Perform minor ENT procedures in an outpatient setting when required.
• Manage routine and complex ENT cases independently while ensuring high standards of patient safety.
• Collaborate with family medicine physicians, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement programs, clinical audits, and departmental development initiatives.
• Support medical education, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the clinical team.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Recognized ENT specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH.
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS certification is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Specialist ENT Surgeon.
• Strong experience in outpatient clinics (OPD) and ambulatory healthcare settings.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing ENT disorders.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.
• Strong commitment to ethical and patient-centered healthcare.
• Ability to work across multiple clinic locations in Dubai.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
