An exciting opportunity is available for a Specialist Aesthetic Dermatologist to join a leading outpatient healthcare clinic in Discovery Gardens, Dubai. This position is ideal for an experienced dermatologist with a strong background in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine who is passionate about delivering safe, evidence-based treatments and exceptional patient care.

Working in a modern, high-volume outpatient clinic, the successful candidate will perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures while building long-term relationships with patients seeking advanced skin and cosmetic treatments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist dermatology consultations for patients seeking cosmetic and aesthetic treatments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessment, patient expectations, and evidence-based medical practices.
• Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation therapies, and other minimally invasive cosmetic treatments.
• Diagnose and manage skin, hair, and nail conditions while recommending appropriate medical or aesthetic treatment options.
• Perform outpatient dermatology procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines and patient safety standards.
• Educate patients about available treatments, expected results, possible risks, recovery timelines, and aftercare requirements.
• Monitor treatment outcomes through follow-up consultations and adjust long-term treatment plans when necessary.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential electronic medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver a high standard of patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and departmental development activities.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in aesthetic dermatology through continuous professional development and medical education.
• Contribute to creating an exceptional patient experience by maintaining professionalism, ethical practice, and excellent communication throughout the patient journey.

Required Qualifications

• MBBS, MBChB, or an equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Dermatology approved by the relevant UAE health authorities.
• DHA License or eligibility to obtain a DHA Specialist Dermatologist license.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization clinical experience in dermatology.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Arabic language skills are considered an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Extensive experience performing cosmetic dermatology procedures independently.
• Strong background in injectables, skin rejuvenation therapies, laser treatments, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
• Experience working in outpatient or community healthcare clinics.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term patient relationships through excellent consultation and follow-up care.
• Understanding of patient safety, infection control, and healthcare quality standards.
• Commercial awareness and experience growing an aesthetic practice are beneficial.
