Position Description:
Solution Experts play a pivotal role in steering and facilitating the delivery of business solutions within their specialized domains, in accordance with the overarching IT strategy.

They are tasked with collaborating with diverse stakeholders to identify optimal solutions, fostering agreement to bolster business cases, and ensuring the realization of benefits.

The SAP Finance Solution Expert spearheads the deployment of Finance-centric systems across pertinent Al Futtaim entities. This role entails close collaboration with AFG Finance stakeholders and leadership to effectively implement SAP Finance solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Responsibilities:
Spearhead the design, specification, and selection of information system solutions, taking into account functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance.
Champion the organization in leveraging technology and utilize IT solution expertise to drive organizational change and enhance business process design.
Cultivate a proficient, engaged team, collaborating with them to strategize and prioritize their tasks.
Foster the professional growth of the team in alignment with targeted competencies.
Inspire team members to uphold excellence in service delivery and facilitate avenues for their professional advancement.
Engage with pertinent managers and stakeholders in IT to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding on critical matters, mitigating potential escalations.
Contribute to refining solution demand and delivery practices, procedures, methodologies, and tools through the identification and involvement in improvement initiatives.
Sustain and enhance professional knowledge, managerial skills, and domain expertise through continuous learning and development resources.

Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in S/4HANA Finance within the Automotive Industry context.
Experience in data migration pertaining to SAP Finance modules.
Ability to comprehend business processes, analyze workflows, and devise tailored solutions.
Skill in facilitating and coordinating business analysis sessions to grasp client business processes effectively.
Aptitude for delivering business consultancy services and providing strategic direction for the development of organizational processes, frameworks, and methodologies for clients.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience encompassing the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery, and support of SAP FICO & S/4HANA Finance processes within comprehensive SAP project life cycles.
Expertise in Finance data migration, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Profit Center Planning data, associated master data objects, and configuration tasks.
Familiarity with and understanding of the intricacies involved in data migration activities specific to the Automotive Industry.
Possession of SAP Finance Professional certification would be advantageous.
