Job Descriptions:

  • Regularly initiating new strategic, innovative & creative campaign ideas for NC
  • Research top influencers, competitors and trends in fruits/veg industry
  • Fully understands and applies the Nature’s Cart brand identity including our Vision, Mission, Core
  • Values, Core Purpose and Brand Promise. This identity needs to guide all our actions and communications
  • Developing effective strategies per quarter and ensuring strategies are creative and innovative to be applied across NC’s communication online and offline
  • Create timely and engaging content plans optimized for platform use and intended audience
  • Set guidelines for team members and work closely with designer & customer service roles
  • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
  • Review monthly social media reports across platforms with management
  • Conceptualize engaging and professional visuals with designer, that reflect NC and the brand
  • (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting
  • offline collateral, create original content, etc).
  • Continuously brainstorm for new campaigns and ideas with team members
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager

Technical Competencies/Skills:

  • Solid understanding of project management and reporting on progress
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (Optional)
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office
  • Developed & implemented multiple social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Business Management, Advertising and Marketing, or any other related filed

Experience
3 to 4 years in digital marketing with strong focus on social media, with an agency background
