We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Fire Stopping to manage and supervise fire stopping installation projects across multiple construction sites in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with project specifications, maintain high-quality workmanship, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver work safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fire stopping installation activities and ensure work is completed according to approved engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Review technical drawings, work procedures, and project documentation before site execution.
- Plan daily site activities, allocate manpower efficiently, and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate multiple project locations while ensuring work is completed within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Track productivity, identify site challenges, and implement solutions to improve project performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports along with other required project documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams during project execution.
- Assist project management in planning, scheduling, and ensuring the successful completion of fire stopping works.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in fire stopping installation, inspection, or site engineering within the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
- Good understanding of quality assurance, site inspections, and construction safety practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
