Responsibilities:
Develop and execute designs for fire fighting and fire alarm systems within construction projects in Ajman.
Perform thorough site inspections to ensure adherence to fire safety regulations and standards.
Create and assess technical drawings, specifications, and cost projections for fire protection systems.
Supervise the installation, testing, and initiation of fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of all fire safety equipment and systems.
Investigate and document any incidents or violations of fire safety regulations.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in fire protection systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing fire protection systems.
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
Proficiency in technical drawing software and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
Certification in fire safety or relevant professional affiliations is a plus.
Candidate Profile:
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the design and implementation of fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
In-depth understanding and adherence to local fire safety regulations and standards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities essential for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Meticulous attention to detail with proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues related to fire safety systems promptly.
Capable of working efficiently under pressure while meeting project deadlines.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Experience with Fire Alarm, Central Battery system, VE System, and Fire Fighting system.
Proficiency in T & C programming, FA, Fire Alarm Control Panel, VE, and Emergency light systems.
