We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer specializing in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System Maintenance to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and compliance of fire protection systems across commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Inspect, diagnose, and resolve faults in fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, sprinklers, hydrant networks, hose reel systems, and fire pumps.
- Conduct routine testing and inspections to ensure system functionality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports, inspection records, service logs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, facility managers, and internal departments regarding maintenance schedules and technical issues.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with UAE Civil Defence regulations, NFPA standards, and company safety procedures.
- Perform site assessments and recommend corrective actions, upgrades, or system improvements when required.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning spare parts and material requirements for maintenance operations.
- Support emergency response activities and critical system troubleshooting when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, fire extinguishing systems, and fire alarm networks.
- Proven troubleshooting and fault-finding skills within fire protection systems.
- Ability to supervise maintenance teams and manage multiple site activities efficiently.
- Good communication, reporting, and client coordination skills.
- Previous UAE experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
