Supervise a team of workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of fire-rated steel door installations.
Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the fire-rated steel doors meet the required standards and specifications.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and construction teams regarding fire-rated steel door installations.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate installation of fire-rated steel doors on construction sites.
Inspect and evaluate site conditions to determine the appropriate fire-rated steel door installation methods and materials.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during the installation process.
Candidate Profile:
Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and building codes.
Physical ability to work on construction sites and handle heavy materials.
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire-rated steel door installations in the construction industry.
Experience working with architects, contractors, and clients in a construction project.
