Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee site operations, coordinate construction activities, and ensure projects are completed according to approved schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will lead and supervise site teams, allocate responsibilities, manage resources, resolve operational challenges, and monitor daily work progress. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide subordinates to ensure effective execution of site activities.
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members.
Assign duties and delegate responsibilities according to project requirements.
Distribute workloads fairly to maintain team motivation and productivity.
Execute planned activities to achieve operational targets and project delivery schedules.
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources efficiently to control costs and meet deadlines.
Prepare periodic progress reports highlighting work completed, delays, deviations, and pending activities.
Identify and resolve site-related issues, escalating complex operational challenges when required.
Ensure construction work meets approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Support the implementation of quality control procedures and continuous improvement processes.
Follow established policies, procedures, work instructions, and operational systems.
Identify opportunities to improve work processes and introduce automation where practical.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality management procedures.
Promote a safe, productive, and well-organized working environment across the project site.
Academic Qualification
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Work Experience
4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in site supervision, construction coordination, team management, and project execution is beneficial.
