Join NAFFCO for an exciting opportunity as an Optimization Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer specializing in Fire Fighting Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive audits of fire fighting systems to guarantee compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Identify and evaluate potential hazards and risks associated with fire fighting systems.
Assess the effectiveness of fire fighting systems and propose enhancements or adjustments.
Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and documentation pertaining to fire fighting systems.
Generate detailed reports outlining audit findings, recommendations, and required corrective measures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute corrective actions and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices in fire fighting systems.
Deliver training sessions and guidance to staff on fire safety protocols and procedures.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on fire fighting equipment and systems.
Respond promptly to fire emergencies and contribute to fire fighting operations as necessary.
Implement cost-effective processes and procedures while prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity.
Conduct on-site inspections and review project budgets.
Assess site productivity and propose strategies for improvement.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Certification in fire safety or fire protection engineering is required.

At least 5 years of professional experience in fire safety or fire protection engineering.
Demonstrated experience in conducting audits and inspections of fire fighting systems.

Proficiency in relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Possession of a UAE driving license is preferred.
