This paid, part-time programme is designed for ambitious UAE Nationals who want to gain practical workplace experience while developing professional and technical skills in the insurance industry.
Participants will receive structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to different business functions, with the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the programme.

- Working Hours: 4 Hours Per Day

- 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be UAE Nationals and meet one of the following requirements:
- High School Graduate (not currently enrolled at university)
- Diploma Student
- University Student
- Fresh Graduate (not currently employed)
