Programme Overview

Orient Insurance is offering the SINYAR Explorer Programme, a flexible, paid insurance exploration programme designed to provide UAE Nationals with practical exposure to the insurance industry.

The 6-month, part-time programme combines structured learning, technical training, workplace skills development, mentorship, and cross-functional business exposure. Participants will have the opportunity to develop professional skills and gain practical workplace experience while building a strong foundation for an insurance career.

Duration: 6 months
Commitment: Part-time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 4 hours per day
Shift Options:

• 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Location: Orient Insurance Building, Dubai Festival City, Dubai, UAE

Eligibility Criteria

The programme is open to UAE Nationals who meet one of the following criteria:

• High school graduates who are not currently enrolled at university.
• Diploma students.
• University students.
• Fresh graduates who are not currently employed.
