Job Overview
Pepe Cucina is looking for a Senior F&B Ambassador to deliver exceptional dining experiences and represent the restaurant throughout every stage of the guest journey. The successful candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, provide personalized service, and ensure guests leave with a positive impression of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service from arrival through departure.
- Deliver exceptional Food & Beverage (F&B) service in line with established restaurant standards and procedures.
- Represent the restaurant professionally and create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
- Understand guest needs and proactively provide personalized assistance throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain high service standards while ensuring a friendly, positive, and professional approach.
- Take initiative to exceed guest expectations and provide thoughtful service whenever possible.
- Identify potential guest concerns early and take appropriate action to prevent complaints.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and support effective service recovery when required.
- Communicate proactively with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Work closely with the F&B team while keeping guest satisfaction and service quality at the center of daily operations.
- Follow all operational procedures, service standards, hygiene requirements, and workplace guidelines.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming and professional restaurant environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A college degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar F&B service position, preferably within a 5-star hospitality or luxury restaurant environment.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills.
- A genuine service-oriented personality with strong emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to guest needs.
