We seek skilled and results-oriented Service Advisors to join our Lexus team on Abu Dhabi Airport Road. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Workshop. You will play a crucial role in building the image of the Service Department by fostering trust and confidence among our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Promptly address and record customer inquiries and requests.
Issue Identification: Accurately gather customer complaint details to facilitate quick resolution in the workshop.
Customer Communication: Empathize with customers and clarify their requests.
Workshop Coordination: Assess the workshop situation and provide accurate delivery times.
Invoice Verification: Ensure that the invoice matches the work performed.
Customer Notification: Inform customers upon work completion and coordinate pick-up times.
Service Explanation: Clearly explain the services performed and the invoice details, and direct customers to the cashier.
Service Promotion: Promote additional value-added services.
Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction.

Required Skills for Success
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
Technical Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge to provide current information in response to customer inquiries.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile.
Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Team Dynamics
As a Service Advisor, you will report to the Reception Manager and work in a busy workshop environment. You will interact daily with the Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman, and Technicians.

Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree from a Technical school or a Certificate/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in the automotive industry or a similar role.
Knowledge: A broad-based understanding to serve as a reliable consultant is essential for this role
