Job Role:
As a Service Advisor, you embody the essence of our brand and division for our valued customers. Your role is central to fostering robust customer relations, ensuring a seamless and positive end-to-end Aftersales customer journey
Coordinate with the Production Team to provide timely progress updates to customers, maintaining on-time delivery commitments.
Ensure comprehensive communication during vehicle delivery, explaining all work performed and associated costs to enhance customer understanding.
Effectively sell service contracts to retail and fleet customers, maximizing success ratios.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Distributor Programs to ensure consistency in the customer experience.
Engage with customers through daily calls, emails, and visits for potential business opportunities and to increase VIN Inflow.
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
Achieve financial objectives by strategically upselling and controlling discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
Actively engage with customers, providing consultations on their needs and service requirements throughout the entire service process, ensuring the vehicle is fixed right the first time.

Required skills to be successful:
Technical proficiency in commercial vehicles, preferably Japanese brands.
Product and process knowledge.
Must possess a valid driving license.
Working knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge highly preferred.
Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Fluency in English and basic Arabic would be an advantage.

What equips you for the role:
3 to 5 years of overall experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
