Emirates Flight Catering

Emirates Flight Catering provides airline, events, and VIP Catering, as wells as ancillary services, including laundry, food production and airport lounge food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities (External):
Uphold professional, efficient, and courteous service for all customers.
Maintain impeccable standards of quality and hygiene within designated areas.
Monitor and manage food and store inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Report any complaints, staff absenteeism, or stock shortages promptly to the Assistant Food and Beverage Supervisor.
Provide consistent guidance to staff, ensuring adherence to established standards.
Adhere to the Company’s Occupational Health and Safety Policy at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Prior experience in a 5-star hotel or delicate dining setting is a must.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
Proven track record in similar roles within the hospitality sector.
Proficiency in food and beverage knowledge, including spirits and wine.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
Demonstrated ability to deliver professional service at all times.
Intense multitasking and time management abilities.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to anticipate and fulfill customer needs effectively.
Acts as a role model to motivate team members to achieve high-performance levels.
