Overview of the Role
The Senior Visual Merchandiser / Display Stylist plays a key role in bringing a fresh, culturally relevant, and creative perspective to the brand. This position is responsible for presenting products in visually compelling ways that attract customers and drive sales.

What You Will Do

Market Trend

• Showcase the brand according to seasonal trends and create mix-and-match outfits for windows and in-store displays in line with brand standards.

Store Display Standards

• Style window and in-store mannequins/torsos to reflect brand guidelines and styling direction.
• Create impactful displays to highlight specific products, promotions, or top sellers.
• Coach store staff and Visual Merchandisers on proper mannequin/torsos styling for both windows and in-store setups.

Visual Style

• Create design concepts and plans using hand sketches or digital tools.
• Utilize store space and lighting creatively to enhance product visibility.
• Develop and distribute visual merchandising guideline packs for markets/stores.
• Set up displays, graphics, action areas, and install indoor/outdoor posters.

Operational Effectiveness

• Support new store openings by taking hands-on responsibility for graphic placement and visual merchandising installations.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator for design work.
• Strong creativity and imagination with an innovative mindset.
• Excellent sense of design, colour or, style, and fashion.
• Practical hands-on abilities—such as carpentry, needlework, and related skills.

Minimum Qualifications & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Interior Design, Merchandising, or Fashion.

Minimum Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within the retail fashion industry.
• Previous experience in a Senior, Supervisory, or Team Lead position.
