Identify and address any POS related problem on an immediate basis
Customer service at the cash counter
Counter selling
Well versed with the various SOP’s
Tally cash on a daily basis and follow policies with sales return, exchanges and staff sales
Banking activity
Promoting Net Promoter Score (NPS) & invoice penetration
Promoting Shukran Enrolments and Growth
Reconcile cash with receipts at the end of each shift and make sure that any discrepancies are mentioned in the DSR
Qualifications:
Educational qualification: Highschool diploma or Graduate
Job Role: Senior Store associate
Experience: 2 to 4 years with relevant experience in Cashiering.
