Key Responsibilities
Fleet Integrity Management
- Monitor fleet operations to identify fraud, misconduct, and operational risks.
- Develop strategies to reduce integrity-related incidents and improve operational performance.
- Establish performance baselines and measure the effectiveness of integrity initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor integrity performance across multiple markets.
- Track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support data-driven decision-making through detailed business analysis.
Risk Detection & Process Improvement
- Design and improve detection methods for operational risks and policy violations.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Recommend improvements that enhance compliance and reduce operational issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation for integrity processes and operational procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, operations, customer support, and leadership teams to implement operational improvements.
- Support regional rollout of new operational initiatives and integrity programs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent standards across different markets.
- Participate in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Automation & Operational Excellence
- Improve operational workflows through automation and process optimization.
- Support the development of tools that improve monitoring and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure integrity systems remain accurate, efficient, and scalable.
- Contribute to projects that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in analytics, fraud management, or operations are an advantage.
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, logistics operations, trust and safety, marketplace operations, or business analytics.
- Experience working in technology, e-commerce, logistics, or digital platform environments is preferred.
- Experience managing regional or multi-market operations is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong SQL skills; experience with BigQuery is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop practical business solutions.
- Experience with operational process mapping and workflow improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and modern analytics technologies is beneficial.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
