Majid Al Futtaim has brought fun and happiness to the lives of people from around the world.The Senior Social Media Executive is responsible for strengthening the cinema’s digital presence by driving audience engagement and elevating brand visibility through strategic and creative social media initiatives. This role focuses on producing high-impact content, executing innovative social campaigns, and leveraging performance insights to continuously enhance digital strategy.
ROLE PROFILE

Play a pivotal role in promoting movie releases, special events, and campaigns while fostering an active and engaging online community.

Develop, curate, and publish original, compelling content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to support movie promotions, events, and VOX Cinemas activities.

Manage and maintain the social media content calendar in collaboration with the Social Agency to ensure timely, relevant, and campaign-aligned posts.

Work closely with the creative team and Social Agency to produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and video content.

Plan and implement social media campaigns for movie premieres, special screenings, promotional events, and marketing initiatives to boost ticket sales and audience engagement.

Leverage both organic and paid social strategies—coordinating with the Digital team—to maximise reach, visibility, and follower growth.

Coordinate with the agency to monitor comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring a responsive, positive brand presence and guiding the agency on non-standard enquiries.

Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and enhance future strategies.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the Entertainment, Leisure, or a related industry.

Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and emerging digital/social trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
