Khansaheb Group is inviting applications for the position of Senior Sales Executive at MISK Gold & Jewellery in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving jewellery sales, recommending products based on customer preferences, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
This opportunity is suitable for an experienced sales professional with at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in the jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion retail industry. Candidates must be proficient in Arabic and possess excellent communication, clienteling, and commercial skills to support sales growth and deliver a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Jewellery Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Welcome customers professionally and provide personalized assistance with jewellery selection, styling, and product recommendations.
- Understand customer preferences, budgets, and requirements to recommend suitable jewellery designs for different occasions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of jewellery products, fashion trends, styles, and collections.
- Respond to customer enquiries and accommodate special jewellery requests wherever possible.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective clienteling and personalized service.
- Identify sales opportunities, recommend relevant products, and contribute to achieving store sales objectives.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate important requests and insights to management.
Store Operations and Visual Merchandising
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized jewellery store environment.
- Support visual merchandising activities by arranging jewellery displays and presenting products effectively.
- Monitor stock availability, replenish display areas, and participate in regular inventory counts.
- Handle jewellery products carefully and follow established store procedures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring merchandise is properly organized.
Sales Reporting and Designer Coordination
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, inventory reports, customer enquiry reports, and designer enquiry reports.
- Coordinate with jewellery designers regarding customer orders, sales enquiries, deliveries, returns, and other product-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and sales activities.
- Work closely with the management team to identify customer preferences and support business improvement initiatives.
Promotions and Business Development
- Assist with social media content and product promotion activities under the guidance of the line manager.
- Represent the business at jewellery exhibitions and promotional events when required.
- Support customer home visits and other sales-related activities according to business needs.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management to support store operations and sales performance.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in jewellery, gold and jewellery retail, luxury goods, or the fashion industry.
- Arabic-speaking ability is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong clienteling skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Good understanding of jewellery products, styling options, fashion trends, and customer preferences.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach to sales.
- Experience working in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prepare sales and inventory reports.
- Willingness to attend exhibitions, participate in customer visits, and support promotional activities when required.
