- Maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the products & equipment, to be a reliable source of information to our customers, and to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Provide market feedback and insights to the product development team for continuous improvement and new product development.
- Budgeting and forecasting for sales-related activities and new product development.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to network, build connections, and represent the company’s products and brand.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the medical field, particularly focusing on BCA devices and related medical equipment.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare organizations.
- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning to make informed business decisions.
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
- Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Punctuality with regard to due dates any requested plans.
- Wear appropriate formal attire and adhere to grooming standards.
- Insuring market coverage focusing on all client types/ sectors and covering your allocated sales territory.
- Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field. - Experience: Proven track record of at least 5-7 years of sales experience in the medical industry, preferably dealing with governmental and private healthcare institutions including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and other healthcare institutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, lead a team, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Preferably a Male candidate, but not mandatory.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
