Job Overview

A leading organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – Financial Services to lead the development and growth of innovative financial products within the Blue Rewards ecosystem. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in product management, fintech, digital payments, and embedded finance.

The successful candidate will define product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver customer-focused financial solutions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for financial services.
• Identify opportunities for new financial products such as digital payments, lending, subscriptions, rewards, and insurance.
• Convert business goals into measurable product strategies and performance metrics.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from research and planning to launch and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Prioritize product features based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards, including KYC, AML, PCI, and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with banking partners, payment providers, and fintech stakeholders.
• Utilize customer insights and analytics to improve product performance and user engagement.
• Support revenue growth through innovative monetization strategies and data-driven decision-making.
• Present product updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong product management expertise within financial services or fintech.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of digital payments, embedded finance, wallets, or rewards platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of product management experience.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in financial services or fintech.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Experience working with agile product development teams.
• Familiarity with product analytics and performance measurement tools.
