This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure construction activities are completed on time and within project objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and site personnel to deliver efficient planning solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and manage detailed project schedules for construction, engineering, and procurement activities.
- Prepare baseline project programmes and update schedules based on project progress and site requirements.
- Create short-term and long-term planning forecasts to support project execution.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate scheduling and resource allocation.
- Support risk assessment activities and contribute to project mitigation strategies.
- Assist in evaluating construction methodologies and improving project delivery efficiency.
- Conduct schedule impact assessments when project changes occur.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of construction planning and project scheduling principles.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Ability to analyse project data and prepare accurate progress reports.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and industry standards is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional engineering license is preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project planning within construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
- Proven experience in developing and managing large-scale project schedules.
