As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimise production planning and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality fire truck assemblies and components. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing production schedules for fire truck assembly lines and associated components.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and accurate production planning.

Monitor and track production progress; update schedules proactively in response to changes in scope, material availability, or supply chain disruptions.

Analyze production data and KPIs to identify process bottlenecks, delays, and areas for continuous improvement.

Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and forecasting of material requirements to meet project milestones and delivery deadlines.

Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in production planning, ideally within automotive, heavy vehicle manufacturing, or a similar environment.

Proficient in production planning tools such as Primavera, MS Project, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems.

Demonstrated success in workflow optimization, capacity planning, and supply chain coordination.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
