Job Details:
- Liaises with internal departments for acceptance of last minute or delayed loads that could potentially delay the flight departure.
- Supports the ramp team on critical flights, stand allocation changes, additional resources, baggage processing options, special loads, etc.
- with broader knowledge to airport restrictions, crew flight hours and other contributing factors.
Identifies critical destinations that require strict baggage monitoring and works with the Terminal - Airport Services team and service providers on a mitigation plan to avoid MHB.
- Oversees the flydubai flight schedule at DXB/DWC airport and monitors EK and dnata turnaround activities using CCTV.
- Works closely with the NCC team on key operational highlights such as offloading of passengers and/or baggage and cargo to ensure schedule integrity and cascades relevant information to the ramp team.
- Verifies ramp delays and any breach of service level agreement. Performs delay statistics and trend analysis and suggests corrective action plan and implementation options.
- Works with Dnata, Emirates and Dubai Airports to optimize on time performance and maximize load.
- Observes and develops flydubai turnaround PTS and works with involved parties to deliver the highest operational industry standards.
- Motivates and leads the flydubai airside team to act in the best interest of flydubai and in line with company processes and procedures.
- Ensures safety incidents are reported in line with flydubai procedures and works with relevant internal and external parties on investigation reports and CAPA (Corrective action preventive action).
- Deputises for Manager Airport Services – Airside, Ramp & Transfer Ops as required.
- Roles:
- To oversee all functions of the airside operations and to be the primary contact for flydubai ramp related issues including but not limited to manpower, specials, priorities, focus points, events, campaigns, disruption, delay disputes, service failures, safety issues/incidents, SLAs and OTP.

- ISR Requirements
- Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
