Role Overview:

As a key support to the General Manager for Marketing, your role entails strategizing and executing marketing communications aligned with the brand positioning of Polestar & BYD. Your primary focus will be developing innovative marketing strategies across all channels to drive new car sales and enhance brand equity.


1. Marketing Strategy:

Shape brand positioning to amplify brand strength and influence.
Conceptualize and execute advertising campaigns, media plans, and contact strategies.
Direct offline and digital media efforts, including website and social media strategies.
Develop and implement systems for monitoring marketing efficiency, return on investment (ROI), and continuous improvement cycles.
Manage and oversee all brand marketing expenses.
2. Marketing Performance Analysis:

Regularly assess key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Planned, executed, and measured marketing campaigns, adapting strategies based on performance data to optimize outcomes.
Explore and integrate cutting-edge marketing methodologies and technologies to boost efficiency and results.
Generate comprehensive reports on marketing performance, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and actionable insights gleaned from various initiatives.
Key Objectives:

Elevate brand perception and customer engagement to drive sales growth.
Foster brand loyalty and increase brand equity to support premium pricing against competitors.
By effectively implementing these strategies and analyses, you will contribute significantly to the success and market positioning of Polestar & BYD in the automotive industry.

About the Team:

This position directly reports to the General Manager of Marketing.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Preferred university degree in Business or Marketing. An MBA from a globally recognized business school is highly desirable.
Over 10 years of experience in brand, marketing, and product development, preferably within the Automotive/Mobility industry.
Demonstrated expertise in building brand equity, especially in new markets with high-value products.
Previous involvement in high-growth businesses and start-ups is advantageous.
Track record of implementing customer-centric strategies and effective customer relationship management programs.
Extensive experience in digital-first marketing strategies.

Comprehensive understanding of business, sales, and marketing strategies, both long-term and short-term.
Proficient in strategic thinking and adept at garnering buy-in and influencing senior stakeholders through formalized proposals and business cases.
