Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Reduction Lining Development to lead innovation and technical development within its cell lining function. This leadership role focuses on improving aluminium reduction technologies, driving research and development initiatives, supporting engineering excellence, and delivering high-quality technology solutions for industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of reduction lining development projects.
- Develop strategies that support innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Manage engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
- Oversee technology development, design reviews, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with research, engineering, operations, and technology transfer teams.
- Support the development of advanced aluminium reduction technologies and industrial solutions.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and overall project performance.
- Drive process optimization and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, suppliers, and contractors.
- Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional development across the team.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and management updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering, technology development, aluminium manufacturing, or industrial projects.
- Proven leadership experience in technical project management and engineering operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, engineering design, and process improvement.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and strategic business partnerships is preferred.
